DECLARATION
of 14 January 2016
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of the Grand Vrch near Vršovice and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
Announcement of a national natural monument
(1) The National Natural Monument of the Vršovice ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) A natural service, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument, with the presence of:
(a) forest ecosystems of duobobrases and warm-water forests;
(b) grassland and shrubbery ecosystems of dry lawns and high mesophilic and xerophilic shrubs;
(c) the biotope of the fellowship of warm mushroom (Boletales), agaricales and couscurb mushrooms, including rare and endangered species and their populations; and
(d) the site of exposed burnt clay (porcelanites) with prints of the third-upper flora;
forming the object of the protection of the national natural heritage.
(3) The national natural landmark is situated in the territory of the Ústí Region, in the cadastral territory of Vršovice u Loun. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument:
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) permit or carry out geological work involving interference with the land;
(c) to adjust the surface of the road using non-local natural material of the same geological origin; or
(d) bait or feed animals.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 February 2016.
