On 14 November 2006, the Constitutional Court decided on the plenary, composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychett and the Judges František Dichon, Vlasta Formánková, Mran Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Jana, Dagmar Lastovecká, Vladimir Korka, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior to abolish Article 3 (g), Article 5 (d), (h) and (j), Article 6 (b), Article 9 and Article 10 (d), "shall ensure that the collection vessels do not cause sanitary defects, nor affect the safety of road traffic or pedestrian ', Article 7 (a), Article 8, Article 10 (d) and Article 10 (4), Article 10 (4).
as follows:
Article 3 (g), Article 5 (d), (h) and (j), Article 6 (b), (c), Article 6 (d) shall "ensure that collection vessels do not cause health defects, restrict or threaten the safety of road traffic or pedestrian safety ', Article 7 (a), Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10 (4) of the Ordinary Decree No 3 / 2000 laying down a system for the collection, sorting, recovery and disposal of municipal waste and a system for the management of waste (Waste Regulation) shall be deleted from the date of the declaration of such a finding in the Collection of Acts.
