GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 January 1995
on the introduction of summer time between 1995 and 1997
The government orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 54 / 1946 Coll., on Summer Time, and to implement the Labour Code:
§ 1
The beginning and end of summer time between 1995 and 1997
(1) Summer time is introduced in 1995 on 26 March, in 1996 on 31 March and in 1997 on 30 March. These days, at the second hour of Central European time, the clock will shift to the third hour of summer time.
(2) Summer time ends in 1995 on 24 September, 1996 on 27 October and 1997 on 26 October. In these days, the third hour of summer time will shift the clock to the second hour of Central European time.
§ 2
Impact of summer time on fixed weekly working hours
(1) The fixed weekly working hours for staff members who, from 1995 to 1997, will be on their working shift if, as a result of the introduction of summer time, the working shift is reduced by one hour in the week in question.
(2) The fixed weekly working hours for staff members to whom the end of summer time falls in their working shift between 1995 and 1997, if this working shift is extended as a result of the end of summer time, will be one hour longer in the week in question.
§ 3
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
