of 16 December 1991
concerning certain measures concerning the competence of the ministries of the Czech Republic
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech National Council of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by Act No. 34 / 1970 Coll., Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 305 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 173 / 1991 Coll. of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council of the Czech National Council of No. 283 / 1991 Coll., is added as follows:
the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The Ministry of the Interior carries out an inspection of the protection of state, economic and professional secrecy in the state bodies and organisations of the Czech Republic."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
