DECLARATION
Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 30 January 1985
amending and supplementing Decree No. 133 / 1980 Coll., on the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works of 9 September 1886, supplemented in Paris on 4 May 1896, revised in Berlin on 13 November 1908, supplemented in Bern on 20 March 1914 and revised in Rome on 2 June 1928, in Brussels on 26 June 1948, in Stockholm on 14 July 1967 and in Paris on 24 July 1971
By Decision of the Union Assembly, the following amendments to the abovementioned Berne Convention were adopted at its 10th ordinary meeting on 28 September 1979:
1. in Article 22 (2) (a), (vi), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by "two-year";
2. in Article 22 (4) (a), the word "third" shall be replaced by "second."
3. in Article 23 (6) (a) (ii), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by "two-year";
4. in Article 23 (6) (a), point (iii) shall be deleted.
In accordance with Article 26 of the Berne Convention, those amendments entered into force on 19 November 1984 and entered into force on that date also for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
