The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 15 (1) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree of the Foreign Trade Minister No. 47 / 1971 Coll., on the Foreign Trade Company Simex and on the modification of its authorisation for foreign trade is hereby repealed. 1)
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) The new scope of the foreign trade business business of Simex was established by the Minister for Foreign Trade by decision of 3 January 1983.
