amending and supplementing Act No. 1 / 1969 Coll., on Rules of Procedure of the Czech National Council
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
Act ČNR No. 1 / 1969 Coll., on Rules of Procedure of the Czech National Council, is amended as follows:
1. in § 10 (e), the words "medium-term national economic plan" shall be replaced by the words "by the Czech National Council of the State Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the Czech Socialist Republic."
2. the provisions under (j) shall be deleted from Section 10. As a result, the existing designation of points (k), (l), (m) is changed to (j), (k), (l).
(3) Paragraph 11 repeals the provision under (c). Consequently, points (d), (e), (f) shall be amended to (c), (d), (e) and (f) shall be added as follows:
"(f) other proposals, if the law so provides."
4. In Paragraph 22 (3), the words "Secretary of the Czech National Council 'are replaced by the words" Head of the Office of the Czech National Council'.
5. In Paragraph 33 (2), "procedural 'is replaced by" ancillary'.
6. In Section 36, in the first line after the words "Czech National Council", the "a" is inserted. The second paragraph and the numerical indication of paragraph 1 are deleted.
7. In Article 37, the numerical indication of paragraph 1 is deleted and the second sentence of this paragraph is replaced by the following: "Voting in accordance with the general rules on voting arrangements (§ 34) '. Paragraphs 2 to 4 of this paragraph are deleted.
8. In the second line of Paragraph 51 (1), the words "and its organs' are deleted and in the first line the word" institutions' is inserted after the word "work '.
9. In Paragraph 51 (2), the numbering of the other provisions of this paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly as a result of the repeal of Clause 5.
10. the following provision shall be added as point 6 of Paragraph 60 (1):
"6. to carry out other tasks entrusted to him by the Bureau of the Czech National Council within its responsibility."
11. In Paragraph 62, the provisions of paragraphs 2 to 5 are deleted and replaced by the following text:
"(2) The Czech National Council shall, by way of its resolution, establish other standing committees, determine the number of their members and elect their chairmen and other members. These committees usually operate throughout the election period.
(3) Committees such as the initiative and control bodies of the Czech National Council are active in the main sections of the state and social activity of the Republic.
(4) The Czech National Council may set up temporary committees in accordance with its resolution in accordance with paragraph 2. "
12. In § 63 (1), the words "as the initiative and control bodies of the Czech National Council" are deleted in the first and second lines.
13. In Paragraph 64, paragraph 3 is deleted and replaced by the second sentence of paragraph 2, so that the new paragraph 3 is:
"(3) The report shall be submitted by the Committee to the Czech National Council or its Bureau with its proposal. '
14. In Paragraph 68 (2), the words "Secretary of the Czech National Council" are replaced by the words "Head of the Office of the Czech National Council."
15. In Paragraph 78 (1), the "a" is inserted after the words "Vice-Presidents of the Czech National Council."
In paragraph 5 of that section, the words "Secretary of the Czech National Council 'are replaced by the words" Head of the Office of the Czech National Council'.
16. in Article 83 (2), the words "Secretary of the Czech National Council" are replaced by the words "Head of the Office of the Czech National Council."
17. Paragraph 88 is deleted and replaced by the following:
The Members of the Czech National Council join in the parliamentary clubs according to their party membership. "
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
