Decree No. 19 / 1949 Coll.

The Trade Agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Kingdom of Denmark, negotiated in Copenhagen by exchange of notes of 5 February 1948 and 4 March 1948 and entered into force, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, by the Government Order of 30 April 1948, No 154 Coll., in accordance with Article 1 of the Law of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional arrangements for trade relations with foreign countries, and pursuant to Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., which partially amends the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak customs territory and the Customs Tariff Act and issues provisions on trade relations with foreign countries, was approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 and was ratified by the President of the Republic on 6 September 1948.
