Decree of the Ministry of Finance
of 29 January 1946
on the competence of the cadastral metering offices as regards the restoration of the land register and the cadastral work authentic in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
The Ministry of Finance announces pursuant to § 15, § 1, point (a) of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 27 October 1945, No. 128 Coll., on the provisional territorial organisation of certain financial offices and the changes related thereto in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, and under § 1, § 3 of the Act of 16 December 1927, No. 177 Coll., on land register and its management (cadastral law):
As regards the renewal of the land register (§ 28 (2) of the cadastral law) by a new cadastral procedure and the cadastral work of the authentication, it is transferred and extended to:
(a) the cadastral metering office in České Budějovice on the measurement districts: Benesov, Blatná, Český Krumlov, Havlíčkova Brod, Jindřich Hradec, Kamenice nad Lipa, Kapice, Klatovy, Ledec nad Sázavou, Milevsko, Pelhrimov, Písek, Prachatice, Pribram, Sedlčany, Strakonice, Susice, Tábor and Třeboň,
(b) the cadastral metering office in Děčín on the measurement districts: Česká Lípa, Dubá, Duchcov, Frýdlant, Jablonec nad Nisou, Jicin, Kralupy nad Vltavou, Liberec, Litoměřice, Mělník, Mladá Běslav, Munich Hradiště, Roudnice nad Labem, Rumburk, Semily, Teplice-Shanov, Turnov and Ústí nad Labem,
(c) the cadastral metering office in Pardubice on the measurement districts: Broumov, Čáslav, the Court of the Králové nad Labem, Hradec Králové, Chrudim, Kolín, Kutná Hora, Lanškroun, Litomyšl, Nákod, Nové Paka, Nové Město nad Metutije, Nové Byjov, Poděbrady, Podobrady, Polička, Rynov nad Knežně, Trutnov, Vrchlaby, Vyká Mýto and Žamberk,
d) the cadastral metering office in Pilsen on the measurement districts: Domazlice, Falknov nad Ohří, Horšovský Týn, Hořovice, Cheb, Chomutov, Kadák, Karlovy Vary, Kralovice, Louny, Mariánské Lázně, Most, Nejdek, Planá, Podbořany, Preštice, Rakovnice, Rokycany, Salty, Silver, Žatec and Jyltice,
e) cadastral metering office in Prague on the measurement districts: Beroun, Brandýs nad Labem, Český Brod, Kladno, Říčany and Zavaslav,
f) the cadastral metering office in Brno on the measurement districts: Boskovice, Břeclav, Dachice, Hodonin, Hustopeč, Jihlava, Kyjov, Mikulov, Moravian Budejovice, Moravian Krumlov, Nové Město na Morava, Slavkov u Brna, Strážnice, Telč, Tišnov, Třebich, Velké Meříčí, Vyškov, Znojmo and Židlochovice,
(g) the cadastral metering office in Olomouc on the measurement districts: Holešov, Hranice, Kromeriz, Litovel, Moravská Třebová, Prostějov, Přerov, Rýmařov, Šternberk, Šumperk, Uherské Hradiště, Uherský Brod, Uherský Ostroh, Valašské Klobouky, Valašské Meříčí, Vsetín, Zastřeh and Zlín,
h) the cadastral metering office in Opava on the measuring districts: Bílovík, Bruntál, Český Těšín, Frýdek, Frýstát, Frývaldov, Krnov, Moravian Ostrava, Nové Jicin and Vítkov.
(1) The scope set out in the previous section of this decree is exercised by the cadastral measurement offices in Brno, České Budějovice, Decin, Olomouc, Opava, Pardubice, Pilsen and Prague by their departments for new measurements and departments of the authentic and other activities by their departments for the management of the land register.
(2) The scope of the cadastral metering offices in Prague and Brno as regards the work of valuing remains unchanged.
This Decree takes effect on the date of its publication and partially amends the provisions of the Decree of 28 December 1928, No 206 Coll. and of 12 March 1931, No 40 Coll.
