DECLARATION
of 15 June 2023
on the territorial offices of financial offices not located in their offices
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 8 (5) of Act No. 456 / 2011 Coll., on the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic:
Subject matter
A geographical location of the financial offices not located in their offices shall be established. The list of these territorial centres is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Repeal
Decree No. 48 / 2012 Coll., on the Territorial Offices of Financial Offices, not located in their offices, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
