of 15 June 1993
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and of the Municipality of the Czech Republic (the Budget Rules of the Republic), as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 166 / 1992 Coll., the Act of the Czech National Council No. 516 / 1992 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 10 / 1993 Coll., and the Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 424 / 1991 Coll., on association in political parties and political movements, as amended by Act No. 468 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 68 / 1993 Coll., is added as follows:
The following Section 21b is inserted after Section 21a:
(1) In 1993, 1994 and 1995, the party and the movement are entitled to a contribution from the state budget of the Czech Republic equivalent to one quarter of the remuneration of the electoral costs paid to them under Act No. 47 / 1990 Coll., on elections to the Federal Assembly, as amended, for the elections in 1992.
(2) Section 54a of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 54 / 1990 Coll., on Elections to the Czech National Council, as amended, applies to the payment of this contribution. The contribution in 1993 shall be paid no later than 31 August 1993. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
