Decree of the Minister for Health
of 15 July 1949
extending the calculation of products subject to official supervision under the opium law.
In agreement with the Ministry of Industry, Internal Trade and Foreign Trade, the Ministry of Health declares in accordance with Section 1, paragraph 1 of the opium Act of 27 January 1938, No. 29 Coll.:
§ 1.
Products of the dimethylaminodiphenylheptanone type, for example dimethylaminodiphenylpropylbutanone (put into circulation under the following names: Mecodin, Methadone, Amidone, Physepton and Dolophine) shall also be considered as products listed in Section 1 (1), Group IV, last sentence of the opium law.
§ 2.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
