DECLARATION
of 23 June 2022
repealing certain Regulations of the District Offices of the Ministry of Agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture provides for the establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., and pursuant to Article CXIX, Point 3 of Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws in connection with the cessation of the activities of the district authorities:
They shall be deleted:
1. Opava District Office Regulation No 8 / 1995 on the establishment of collective measures to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of the field vole.
2. Order No 18 / 1996 of the District Office of Opava of 29 October 1996 issuing emergency veterinary measures.
3. Opava District Office Regulation No 19 / 1997 of 20 May 1997 issuing emergency veterinary measures against the introduction, formation and spread of BSE.
4. Ordinance of the District Office of Nová Jičín No 6 / 1996 of 19 June 1996 on the processing of forest economic curricula for forest owners within the jurisdiction of the forests of the Czech Republic, the forest administration of Šenov u Ostrava.
5. Ordinance of the District Office of Nová Jicin No 7 / 1996 of 19.6.1996 on emergency veterinary measures and the control of dangerous diseases - Varroasis of bees.
6. Ordinance of the District Office of Nová Jicin No 14 / 1996 of 28.8.1996 on emergency veterinary measures to prevent and control the disease - Pseudomonor of poultry.
7. Ordinance of the District Office of Nová Jicin No 2 / 1997 of 4 June 1997 on the concept of breeding and hunting of standardised game species in the District of Nové Jicin.
8. Ordinance of the District Office of Nová Jicin No 6 / 1997 of 9 July 1997 on the processing of forest economic curricula for forest owners within the jurisdiction of the forests of the Czech Republic, the forest administration of Šenov u Ostrava.
9. Ordinance of the District Office of Nová Jicin No 2 / 2001 of 6 June 2001 on the processing of forest economic curricula for forest owners under the jurisdiction of LHC Vítkov in the territory of the district of Nové Jicin.
10. Order No 1 / 2002 of the District Office of Nová Jicin of 18 February 2002 declaring the intention to enter into the forest economic curriculum for all forests of less than 50 hectares of land owned by natural and legal persons in the designated territory, provided that the forestry plan is not processed for them.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2022.
