on the amount of the Agency's annual contribution to the 2019 Guarantee Fund
According to Section 10g (3) of Act No. 159 / 1999 Coll., on certain conditions of business and on the pursuit of certain tourism activities, as amended by Act No. 111 / 2018 Coll.:
Annual travel agency contribution
The amount of the travel agency's annual contribution to the guarantee fund from 1 January 2019 shall be 0,1% of the basis for calculating the annual contribution.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 30 September 2018.
