Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 21 June 2013
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has indicated that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 13.5.2013 and 13.6.2013:
1. Collective contract of higher degree 2013 - 2016, concluded on 17 April 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic,
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 1 Collective contracts of higher degrees, concluded for the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2014 between the Contracting Parties

and
Czech Moravian Electrical Association.
