DECLARATION
of 2 June 2010
on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Ruda and the establishment of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
§ 1
Definition of national natural heritage
(1) The National Natural Monument of Ruda ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of South Bohemia, in the cadastral territory of Bošilec and in the cadastral territory of Horussia. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
§ 2
Subject matter of protection
National natural monuments are protected by:
(a) a saltwater and transition peat with numerous water areas and sown peat meadows, constituting a biotope of rare and endangered plant and animal species;
(b) biotopes and populations of arrowroot (Drepanocladus vernicosus), Loesel tuber (Liparis loeselii) and tenderloin (Carex chordorrhiza),
(c) habitat types and species for which another legislation on m2 has been declared) the European site of Ruda and which are located in the territory of the national natural heritage.
§ 3
Closer protection conditions
Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument
(a) to make changes to the type of land or the way in which it is used (3);
(b) to store wood or other materials;
(c) to establish new hunting equipment, including herring;
(d) to feed animals;
(e) indicate cycling or walking routes; or
(f) amend the existing water regime, unless the water level is handled on the Horusice pond in accordance with the applicable handling rules.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2010.
