imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was imposed on it between 1.4.2008 and 30.4.2008:
Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 25 March 2008 between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
The Union of employers of the woodworking industry.
