DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 26 September 1994
on the extension of the commitment of collective higher-level contracts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 22 February 1994 between the Bohemian Moravian trade union of service workers and the Bohemian Moravian community of local public utility services, (1) as amended by Appendix 1 of 21 June 1994.2, is binding on the employers listed in Annex 1, as well as on the date of application of this decree.
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 11 February 1994 between the KOVO trade union and the Community of Industrial Enterprises Moravia and Silesia, (3) as amended by Appendix 1 of 25 May 19944 and Appendix 2 of 15 July 1994,5, shall be binding on the employers listed in Annex 2, which is part of this decree as from the date of application of this decree.
The collective agreement of the higher degree concluded on 11 April 1994 between the Odbor Union of the Construction of the Czech Republic and the Trade Union of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto-Repair of Bohemia and Moravia with the Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic, 6), as amended by Appendix 1 of 26 July 1994,7), is binding on the employers listed in Annex 3, which is part of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
