Government Regulation
of 21 October 1947
on the establishment of a District Council for Prague XX- Scarecrow.
According to Article 3 of the Constitutional Decree of 4 December 1944 of the President of the Republic, the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders the President of the Republic, No 18 OJ No (Annex to Decree No. 43 / 1945 Coll.), on national committees and provisional National Assembly:
A district council is established for the city district Prague XX-Strašnice. Its circuit is excluded from the perimeter of the District Council for Prague XIII-Vršovice.
(1) The Circular Councils for Prague XIII and for Prague XX will be created (newly created) and will select their components according to the principles set out in the Government Decree of 27 May 1946, No 120 Coll., on the renewal of the National Committees on the basis of the results of the elections to the Constitutional National Assembly and in the regulations issued under it.
(2) The Minister of the Interior shall lay down the details by means of directives specifying, in particular, the time limits for lodging the documents of candidates.
(3) The scope of the current Circuit Board for Prague XIII and all its components (commissions and others) ends with the establishment (new establishment) of the Circular Councils for Prague XIII and for Prague XX. However, the functionalists of the current Prague XIII District Council remain in office until the new election officials take office.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for the Interior.
