on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2013 - 2016, concluded on 17 April 2013 between the Department of the Construction of the Czech Republic, the Department of Transport Workers' Association, the Road Economy and Automotive Repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, is binding, with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, 23.7, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
