DECLARATION
of 10 July 2007
laying down the content and formalities of the area plan with archaeological findings
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to § 45 (1) of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll., for implementation of § 23b (5) of this Act:
(1) The plan of land with archaeological findings (hereinafter referred to as the plan) contains a text and graphic part.
(2) The text part of the plan contains the verbal delimitation of the boundary of the area with archaeological findings. The border of one area with archaeological findings shall consist of a line along the parcel border and, in exceptional cases, a link between the quarry points of the existing borders or points at those borders. This limit shall also be marked in the graphical part of the plan.
(3) The graphical part of the plan contains drawings which are processed above the map base on the scale of the cadastral map or, where appropriate, on a scale of 1: 5 000, and which are issued on a scale of 1: 50 000, 1: 10 000 or 1: 5 000 or, where appropriate, on a scale of the cadastral map.
(4) The drawings referred to in paragraph 3 shall indicate:
(a) the limits of the conservation, if not included in the territory referred to in (d);
(b) the boundaries of the conservation zone, unless they are included in the territory referred to in (d);
(c) land borders which are a cultural monument or a national cultural monument, unless they are included in the territories referred to in (a), (b) or (d);
(d) the boundaries of the territories where archaeological findings occur or may reasonably occur;
(e) real cultural monuments and real national cultural monuments, which are archaeological findings.
The order of the county issuing the plan shall always indicate whether it covers the territory of the whole region or only part thereof. Where it applies only to part of it, the list of counties or, where applicable, municipalities or cadastral territories covered by the county regulation shall be given.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
