of 16 May 2001
amending Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No 493 / 2000 Coll. and Act No 141 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 6 (1) (i), part of the sentence before the semicolon reads: "income from the sale and lease of assets of the Czech Republic, with which it manages the organizational component of the state, and income from the sale of immovable property of the Czech Republic, with which it manages the contribution organisation."
2. In Article 16 (1), the words "or through an authorised person, recognised breeding association or interest association under special laws (16a) shall be inserted after the words" the payee's account ', or in any other form,'.
Footnote 16a) reads as follows:
"16a) Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended. Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., on the breeding, breeding and registration of livestock and amending certain related laws (Breeding Act). Act No. 83 / 1990 Coll., on bringing together citizens, as amended. '
3. in Article 44 (1) (g), "Article 45 (8)" is replaced by "Article 45 (9)."
4. In Paragraph 45, the following paragraph 6 is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) Organisational units of the State may, after prior approval by the Ministry, set up accounts with banks from which expenditure related to the work may be effected by means of payment cards in respect of travel abroad. ';
Paragraphs 6 to 8 shall be renumbered paragraphs 7 to 9.
5. In Paragraph 45, the following paragraph 10 is added:
"(10) The organisational body of the State is entitled to exceed the binding indicators of State budget expenditure according to their definition of revenue pursuant to Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., as amended, with the exception of the fines collected and the funds received from the budget of the Territorial Authority, from another legal entity or from a natural person for the purposes of fire protection, an integrated rescue system and the protection of the population by the organizational units of the State established by Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll. on the basis of the legal act to which they were provided. '
6. In Article 53 (6), the words "and rental 'are deleted.
7. in Paragraph 56 (2) (a), "up to 20%" is replaced by "up to 80%."
8. In the second sentence of Paragraph 62 (3), the words "loans granted from a fund of cultural and social needs' shall be inserted after the words" forming a part '.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
