laying down forms for commitment to cover consular protection costs and applications for reimbursement
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides pursuant to § 29 (4) of Act No. 150 / 2017 Coll., on Foreign Service and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Foreign Service):
Preliminary provisions
This decree implements the relevant provisions of the European Union1) and sets out the forms for the commitment to cover the costs of consular protection and the claim form for reimbursement of expenditure.
Costs commitment forms
The forms for the commitment to cover the costs of consular protection are set out in Annex 1 to this Order.
Application form for reimbursement of expenditure
The claim form for reimbursement is set out in Annex 2 to this Order.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2017.
