Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 186 / 2015 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2015, concluded on 15 January 2015 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Workers of the Wood Industries, Forestry and Water Management in the Czech Republic, the Czech-Moravian Trade Association and the Organisation of Employers - Association of the Czech Paper Industry, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the codes of classification of economic activities CZ - NACE with code 17.11 and 17.12.
