repealing Decree No 321 / 1999 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., amending Decree No 560 / 1991 of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, and § 13 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other Central Authorities of the Government of the Czech Republic, as amended:
Decree No. 321 / 1999 Coll., amending Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll., No. 192 / 1995 Coll., No. 156 / 1996 Coll., No. 115 / 1997 Coll., No. 233 / 1997 Coll., No. 56 / 1998 Coll., No. 141 / 1998 Coll., No. 261 / 1998 Coll., No. 331 / 1998 Coll., No. 335 / 1998 Coll., No. 30 / 1999 Coll., No. 51 / 1999 Coll., and No. 148 / 1999 Coll., shall be deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2000.
