The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that, after the approval of the Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, the Prime Minister of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, acting as President of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, ratified on 27 November 1992 the resignation of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic from:
General terms and conditions of specialisation and co-operation of production between the organizations of the Member States of the Council of mutual economic assistance (VPSK RVHP), adopted in Moscow on 18 January 1979, published under No 30 / 1980 Coll.,
and
General conditions for the supply of goods between the organizations of the Member States of the Council of mutual economic assistance (VDP RVHP 1968 / 1988), adopted in Moscow on 11 October 1988, published under No 101 / 1989 Coll.
The resignation of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic was notified to the Depositary - Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on 16 December 1992 and entered into force for the Czech Republic on 16 December 1993.
