THE LAW
of 1 June 2023
repealing Act No 307 / 2000 Coll., on agricultural storage lists and agricultural public warehouses and amending certain related acts, as amended, and amending certain related laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Repeal of the Act on Agricultural Forms and Agricultural Public Stocks
They shall be deleted:
1. Act No. 307 / 2000 Coll., on agricultural stock lists and agricultural public warehouses and on the amendment of certain related laws.
2. Part 30 of Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll., amending Act No. 531 / 1990 Coll., on Territorial Financial Authorities, as amended, and some other laws.
3. Part 60 of Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., amending Act No. 182 / 2006 Coll., on Decrease and Methods of Solutions (Insolvency Act), as amended, and certain laws relating to its adoption.
4. Part 100 of Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Law on Basic Registers.
5. Part 80 of Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Tax Code.
6. Part 44 of Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Rules of Procedure.
7. Decree No. 403 / 2000 Coll., determining the types of agricultural goods on which agricultural stock lists may be issued and the conditions for the operation of agricultural public warehouses.
8. Decree No. 388 / 2003 Coll., amending Decree No. 403 / 2000 Coll., determining the types of agricultural goods on which agricultural stock lists may be issued and the conditions for the operation of agricultural public warehouses.
Transitional provision
Authorisations for the operation of an agricultural public warehouse issued pursuant to Sections 15 and 16 of Act No. 307 / 2000 Coll., on agricultural storage lists and agricultural public warehouses and amending certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., are no longer valid.
Amendment to the Commodity Exchange Act
In Article 1 (1) of Act No. 229 / 1992 Coll., on Commodity Exchange, as amended by Act No. 285 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 247 / 2011 Coll., the words "or with an agricultural stock list in accordance with the Special Legislation (1a) 'are deleted, including footnote 1a.
Amendment of the Administrative Charges Act
In the Annex to Act No 634 / 2004 Coll., on Administrative Charges, entry 79, including footnote 48, is deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
