DECLARATION

of 2 June 2010

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve in Cold and the setting of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Definition of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve in the Cold (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reserve") is announced.

(2) The national nature reserve is situated in the Central Bohemian region, in the cadastral territory of Samechov. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve is given in Annex 2 to this decree.

§ 2

Subject matter of protection

National nature reserves are protected by:

(a) natural forest crops consisting of natural communities of beech and rubble forests, including rare and endangered species of plants and animals, in particular molluscs and saprotrophic fungi;

(b) habitat types and species for which another legislation (m2) has been declared a European important locality of the Posazavské beech and located in the territory of the national nature reserve.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) to make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (3);

(b) to establish hunting equipment, including herring;

(d) establish landfills of any material.

§ 4

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2010.
