According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 573 / 2004 Coll., declaring the National Natural Monument of Hojná Water and laying down its close protection conditions and amending Decree No. 395 / 1992 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended, is amended as follows:
