supplementing the basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by companies of the Ministry of Food Industry to public wholesale and other customers
The Ministry of Food Industry, in agreement with the customer ministries (central offices and authorities) and after approval by the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to Section 192 of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations:
The Decree of the Ministry of Food Industry No 182 / 1958 Ú. l, which issues the basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by the undertakings of the Ministry of Food Industry to state wholesalers and other customers, is added as follows:
In Article 2, the following paragraph is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) A supplier with a customer or their superior authorities may agree that for certain types of goods the contract is to be concluded only on the terms of the nomenclature of the Ministry of Food Industry, with the allocation of the quarterly quantity per month (for wines with quality classes); the specification necessary for delivery (detailed product range and packaging) is confirmed by the supplier on a monthly basis on the basis of the customer's proposal. The parties are obliged to proceed in such a way that the accuracy is carried out no later than the 10th day of the month preceding the delivery month. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1961.
