Government Regulation
of 12 July 1949
amending the Government Decree of 25 September 1924, No 206 Coll., implementing the Act on the Management of State Enterprises, Institutions and Equipment which are not in excess of administrative tasks.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § § 1, 2 and 6 of the Act of 18 December 1922, No. 404 Coll., on the regulation of the management of state establishments, institutes and establishments which are not required to perform administrative tasks:
The list of undertakings administered according to the principles of business management referred to in § 1 of Decree-Law No 206 / 1924 Coll. is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Health in agreement with the Ministers involved.
