Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 5 October 1946
amending the Order of the Minister of Finance of 23 March 1946, No 58 Coll., determining the amount of production, storage and handling losses for grape drinks and the numerical amount of the monopoly duty on alcohol.
According to Article 100 (3) of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare to Slovakia, in agreement with the Financial Officer:
Paragraph 2 of Decree No 58 / 1946 Coll. is amended as follows:
"The figure of the monopoly tax on alcohol is for alcohol at all and for products for which the Czechoslovak monopoly of alcohol supplies alcohol at full sale price, 165 KCs for 1 hl °."
This Decree takes effect on 7 October 1946.
