GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 July 2018
amending Government Regulation No 425 / 2016 Coll., on the list of information published as open data
The Government orders pursuant to § 21 (3) of Act No. 106 / 1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information, as amended by Act No. 298 / 2016 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 425 / 2016 Coll., on the list of information published as open data, is amended as follows:
1. in the Annex, the following points 1 and 2 are inserted:
"1. Information contained in the list of experts and interpreters pursuant to Act No. 36 / 1967 Coll., on Experts and interpreters, as amended
2. The information contained in the list of expert institutes under Act No. 36 / 1967 Coll., as amended. "
Points 1 to 11 shall become points 3 to 13.
2. In the Annex, the following point 4 is inserted after point 3:
"4. Business company or name, registered office, identity number of person and date of establishment of the authorisation to operate in the list of banks and branches of foreign banks operating in the Czech Republic pursuant to Act No. 21 / 1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended, without previous changes to this information."
Points 4 to 13 shall become points 5 to 14.
3. In the Annex, the following point 7 is inserted after point 6:
'7. Information contained in the information system of research, development and innovation pursuant to Act No. 130 / 2002 Coll., on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation by public means and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the promotion of research, experimental development and innovation), as amended. '
Points 7 to 14 shall become points 8 to 15.
4. In point 9 of the Annex, the words "employment," are deleted.
5. In the Annex, the following point 10 is inserted after point 9:
"10. The information contained in the school register published by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended, with the exception of the date of birth of the school director or school establishment '.
Points 10 to 15 shall become points 11 to 16.
6. In the Annex, the following point 12 is inserted after point 11:
'12. Information on medicinal products subject to medical prescription or restricted medical prescription, information on medicinal products with the possibility of dispensing without a prescription or without a prescription with a restriction and information on reserved medicinal products contained in the register of authorised medicinal products maintained by the State Institute for Drug Control pursuant to Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on medicinal products and on changes to certain related laws (the Law on Medicines), as amended, with the exception of documents in that register '.
Points 12 to 16 shall be renumbered 13 to 17.
7. in the Annex, the following points 14 to 18 are inserted after point 13:
"14. Information contained in the basic register of agendas, public authorities, private users of data and certain rights and obligations under Act No. 111 / 2009 Coll., on basic registers, as amended
15. Information contained in the basic register of territorial identification, addresses and properties according to Act No. 111 / 2009 Coll., as amended
16. Information contained in the National Register of Health Service Providers pursuant to Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on Health Services and Conditions of Provision (Health Services Act), as amended
17. Information contained in the register of aid providers to victims of crime pursuant to Act No. 45 / 2013 Coll., on victims of crime and on amending certain laws (Law on victims of crime), as amended
18. Name, name, surname or business name, address of residence or registered office, identity number of the person and date of establishment of the authorisation to conduct the exchange activity with the natural person and the business company or the name, registered office, identity number of the person and date of establishment of the authorisation to conduct the exchange activity with the legal person contained in the register of translators under Act No. 277 / 2013 Coll., on the exchange activity, as amended, without any previous changes to this information. '
Points 14 to 17 shall be renumbered 19 to 22.
8. In the Annex, the following point 21 is inserted after point 20:
"21. Information contained in the Register of Medical Devices pursuant to Act No. 268 / 2014 Coll., on Medical Devices and amending Act No. 634 / 2004 Coll., on Administrative Charges, as amended, as amended."
Points 21 and 22 shall become points 22 and 23.
9. The words "as amended 'shall be added to the Annex at the end of point 23.
10. The following point 24 is added to the Annex:
"24. Information without their previous changes contained in the register of persons authorised in the area of consumer credit for activities under the Consumer Credit Act under Act No. 257 / 2016 Coll., on Consumer Credit, as amended,
(a) the name and, where applicable, the business name, address of residence, identification number of the person, if any, and the date of the establishment of the authorisation to operate with a natural person of a separate intermediary, tied agent and tied consumer credit intermediary;
(b) the trading firm or the name, registered office, identification number of the person, if any, and the date of the establishment of the authorisation to operate with the legal person of the independent intermediary, tied agent, tied consumer credit intermediary and non-bank consumer credit provider;
(c) the name or business name or, where appropriate, the name, address of the place of residence or registered office and the identification number of the person, if assigned to him, with the natural or legal person of the foreign intermediary '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2019.
