on the announcement of the level of the salary base for determining the salary of prosecutors pursuant to Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other requirements of the prosecutors and amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares, pursuant to § 3 (3) of Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other requirements of the prosecutors and on the amendment and amendment of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call for duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, as amended, as amended, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 347 / 2011 Coll., for the period from 1 June 2012 to 31 December 2012, a salary base of CZK 51 500,25.
