GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 June 2009
fixing the amount of fees for tests
The Government mandates pursuant to § 37 (2) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of doctor, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll., and pursuant to § 90 (1) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognition of competence for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for the exercise of activities related to the provision of medical care and amending certain related laws (Law on non-medical medical professions), as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation establishes the amount of remuneration for:
(a) an examination, a final examination of the certified course and an examination under the Law on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of doctor, dental practitioner and pharmacist;
(b) testing, probation and certification in accordance with the Law on Non-Medical Medical Professions.
Amount of remuneration
(1) The amount of the remuneration referred to in Article 1 (a) is fixed at:
a) testing test in the amount of CZK 500
1. theoretical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
2. the practical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
b) the first repetition of the test exam in the amount of CZK 3,500, with payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is CZK 2,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 1,500,
c) second repetition of the test exam in the amount of CZK 5,000, payment for
1. the theoretical part of the exam is CZK 3,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 2,000.
(2) The amount of the remuneration referred to in Article 1 (a) is fixed at:
a) final examination of the certified course in the amount of CZK 500, payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
2. the practical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
b) the first repetition of the final examination of the certified course in the amount of CZK 3,500, with payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is CZK 2,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 1,500,
c) second repeat of the final examination of the certified course in the amount of CZK 5,000, with payment for
1. the theoretical part of the exam is CZK 3,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 2,000.
(3) The amount of the remuneration referred to in Article 1 (a) is fixed at:
a) a probation exam in the amount of CZK 7,000, with payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 1,500,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 1,500,
3rd oral examination is CZK 4,000,
b) first repetition and probation exam in the amount of CZK 10 000, payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 2,000,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 2,000,
3rd oral examination is 6,000 CZK,
c) second and every further repeat and probation exam in the amount of CZK 15 000, with payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 3,000,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 3,000,
3rd oral exam is CZK 9,000.
(1) The amount of the remuneration referred to in § 1 (b) is fixed at:
a) testing test in the amount of CZK 500
1. theoretical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
2. the practical part of the exam is 250 CZK,
b) the first repetition of the test exam in the amount of CZK 3,500, with payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is CZK 2,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 1,500,
c) second and every further repetition of the test exam in the amount of CZK 5,000, with payment for
1. the theoretical part of the exam is CZK 3,000,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 2,000.
(2) The amount of the remuneration provided for in Paragraph 1 (b) is set at:
a) examination for certification in the amount of CZK 1 000, payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is 500 CZK,
2. the practical part of the exam is 500 CZK,
b) the first repetition of the examination for the issue of the certificate in the amount of CZK 3,000, with payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is CZK 1,500,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 1,500,
c) second repeat of the examination for the issue of the certificate in the amount of CZK 5,000, with payment for
1. theoretical part of the exam is CZK 2,500,
2. the practical part of the exam is CZK 2,500.
(3) The amount of the remuneration referred to in § 1 (b) is fixed at:
a) a probation exam in the amount of CZK 7,000, with payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 1,500,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 1,500,
3rd oral examination is CZK 4,000,
b) first repetition and probation exam in the amount of CZK 10 000, payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 2,000,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 2,000,
3rd oral examination is 6,000 CZK,
c) second and every further repeat and probation exam in the amount of CZK 15 000, with payment for
1. written test of expertise is CZK 3,000,
2. written test of knowledge of the health system and the foundations of the law is CZK 3,000,
3rd oral exam is CZK 9,000.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
