GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 April 2002
repealing Government Regulation No 31 / 1999 Coll., establishing a list of products and packaging subject to the obligation to withdraw and details of the handling of packaging, packaging materials and waste from used products and packaging
The Government hereby orders, pursuant to Article 67 (1) of the Constitution of the Czech Republic:
Government Decree No. 31 / 1999 Coll., establishing the list of products and packaging subject to the obligation to withdraw and the details of packaging, packaging materials and waste from used products and packaging are hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
