DECLARATION

amending and supplementing Decree No. 136 / 1993 Coll., No 136 / 1993 Coll., determining the remuneration of a foster parent in the performance of foster care in special establishments, as amended by Decree No. 206 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 12 (3) of Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll., on foster care, as amended by Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 136 / 1993 Coll., establishing the remuneration of a foster parent in the performance of foster care in special establishments, as amended by Decree No. 206 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Article 1 (1), including Notes 1) and 2) shall read as follows:
"(1) A foster parent who carries out foster care in special establishments, (1) The district office provides remuneration for the performance of foster care and for the work related to the care of the entrusted children (hereinafter referred to as" remuneration ") at a rate of 2.4 times the amount required under the special law for the provision of nutrition and other essential personal needs (hereinafter referred to as" personal needs ") by a foster parent monthly in the care of one to four children. If a foster parent pays more than four children, the remuneration in the care of each additional child increases by 0.6 times the amount for the personal needs of a foster parent per month. If, due to disability or disturbed social development, the child requires exceptional individual care, the district office shall increase the remuneration by 0.3 times the amount for the personal needs of the foster child for each such child.

2) Article 3 (2) of Act No. 463 / 1991 Coll., on Life Minimum. '.
2. the following paragraph 5 is added to Article 1:
"(5) If there has been a change in the number of children in a special establishment during the month, a remuneration shall be granted for that month, based on a higher number of children; where the remuneration of a foster parent as referred to in the last sentence of paragraph 1 is increased in full, even if the conditions are met only for part of the month. ';
Where a foster parent in a special establishment on the date of application of this decree is remunerated in excess of that laid down in Article I, he shall be remunerated at the current rate until he has changed the number of children entrusted to him.
The remuneration under this decree shall be granted for the first time in July 1996.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
