Government Regulation
of 12 July 1949
prohibiting the export of undeveloped photographic images.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to Paragraph 41, Paragraph 1 of the Act of 13 May 1936, No. 131 Coll., on State Defence:
(1) Exports of undeveloped photographs obtained by photography are prohibited.
(2) The Ministry of the Interior may, in agreement with the ministries of national defence and information and education, authorise exemptions from the prohibition set out in paragraph 1.
(3) The ministries referred to in paragraph 2 may delegate decisions on exemptions from the prohibition set out in paragraph 1 to subordinate bodies. The details shall be laid down by the ministries in the Official Journal.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be carried out by Home Ministers, National Defence, Information and Information, Finance and Foreign Trade.
