Order of the Minister for Transport
of 27 October 1947
on the cancellation of the concession for the small-scale Brno-Líšt.
Under Section 10, paragraph 2 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as the Railway Administration, has repealed, in an agreement with the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 23, paragraph 1, point (c) and § 162, paragraph 1 of the Railway Act with effect from 1 November 1947, the concession for the Small Railway Brno-Líšek, granted by the concession letter of 17 December 1904, No 154, which was amended by Decree of the Minister of Transport of 26 June 1941, No 285 Coll., Decree of the Minister of Transport and Technology of 3 June 1942, No 203 Coll.
