extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, states that Appendix 1 to the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for the years 2024 - 2029 of 8 April 2024, which was concluded on 27 March 2025 between the Higher Trade Unions - Trade Unions Construction of the Czech Republic and the Trade Union of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto-Repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
