The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities related to the performance of the duties of representatives of the State Government and of certain state bodies and judges and Members of the European Parliament, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll. and the Constitutional Court found under No. 181 / 2012 Coll., for the period from 1 June 2012 to 31 December 2012, a salary base for judges of CZK 57 222.50.
