amending Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the promotion of sport, as amended, Act No. 290 / 2002 Coll., on the transition of certain other items, rights and obligations of the Czech Republic to regions and municipalities, civil associations active in the field of sports and related changes and amending Act No. 157 / 2000 Coll., on the transition of certain items, rights and obligations from the property of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 10 / 2001 Coll., and Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the people, as amended, and Act No. 565 / 1990 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Sport Support Act
Act No. 115 / 2001 Coll., on the promotion of sport, as amended by Act No. 219 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Article 7a, including the title, reads:
Obligations of the owner or operator of the sports equipment
(1) The owner of a sports facility (hereinafter referred to as the owner) or the person authorised by the owner to use a sports facility for the organisation of a sports undertaking (hereinafter referred to as the operator) are obliged, if necessary for the safety of persons and property in a sports facility, to take the necessary measures to ensure order during the sport establishment and to issue and publish a visiting order in which, under local conditions, it lays down, in particular, rules for the entry of visitors and persons directly carrying out the sports service.
(2) If the safety of persons or property in a sports establishment is seriously threatened and, despite all the measures taken by the owner or operator, there is no restoration of a peaceful state, the owner and operator are obliged to initiate an interruption or termination of an ongoing sport undertaking and to request cooperation from the police of the Czech Republic without undue delay.
(3) If there is a serious threat to the safety of persons or property in a sports facility as a result of the fact that the owner or operator has not taken all measures and the peaceful state is forced to restore the Police of the Czech Republic, the reimbursement of the costs incurred by the Police of the Czech Republic is due. "
2. In Article 7b (1), the words "or operator" shall be inserted after the word "owner."
3. In Article 7b (2), the words "or operator 'shall be inserted after the words" owner's request' and the words "or operator 'shall be inserted after the words" owner'.
4. In Section 7c (2), the words "or operator 'shall be inserted after the word" owner'.
5. In Article 7d (1), the words "or as an operator 'shall be inserted in the introductory wording.
6. in Article 7d (1) (b):
"(b) in the cases referred to in Section 7a (2), it shall not initiate the interruption or termination of an ongoing sports undertaking or, without undue delay, request cooperation from the police of the Czech Republic or"
7. In Article 7e (1), the words "or as an operator" shall be inserted after the words "as owner."
8. in Article 7e (1) (b):
"(b) in the cases referred to in Section 7a (2), it shall not initiate the interruption or termination of an ongoing sport undertaking or, without undue delay, request cooperation from the police of the Czech Republic, or"
9. The following Section 7g is inserted after Section 7f:
Paragraph 7a to 7f shall not apply to the owner if he transfers his obligations under this Act linked to the organisation of a sports undertaking to the operator. '

Act No. 290 / 2002 Coll., on the transition of certain other items, rights and obligations of the Czech Republic to regions and municipalities, civil associations active in the field of physical and sports and on related changes and amending Act No. 157 / 2000 Coll., on the transition of certain items, rights and obligations from the property of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 10 / 2001 Coll., and Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the people, as amended by Act No. 150 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 211 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 485 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 317., and Act No. 485 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 15 (4), the second and third sentences are deleted.
Amendment of the Local Charges Act
Act No. 565 / 1990 Coll., on Local Charges, as amended by Act No. 184 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 338 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 48 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 305 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 149 / 1998 Coll., Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 229 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 270 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., and Act No. 348 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (g), the word "apparatus," shall be replaced by the words "apparatus or other technical gaming equipment authorised by the Ministry of Finance under another legislation (15)."
2. In Paragraph 10a (1), the words "or other technical gaming equipment authorised by the Ministry of Finance 'and the word" instrument.15' are replaced by the words "apparatus or other technical gaming equipment authorised by the Ministry of Finance ';
3. In Article 10a (2), the words "or other technical gaming equipment authorised by the Ministry of Finance" shall be inserted after the word "apparatus."
4. In Paragraph 10a (3), the words "or other technical gaming equipment authorised by the Ministry of Finance 'shall be inserted after the word" apparatus'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
