THE LAW
of 1 May 2008
amending certain pricing laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Price Act
In Article 17 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended by Act No. 276 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 354 / 2003 Coll., paragraph 4 reads:
"(4) The fine may be imposed within three years of the date on which the price control authorities became aware of the breach, but no later than five years after the date on which the price regulation was infringed. '
EFFECTIVE
That law shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
