GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 31 March 2004
repealing Decree No 77 / 2000 of the Government of the Slovak Republic on the issue of temporary residence certificates
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 222 / 2003 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 77 / 2000 Coll., on the issue of temporary residence certificates to state citizens of the Slovak Republic, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
