amending Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 56 / 1997 Coll., determining the content and time range of preventive inspections
According to Section 29 (5) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws:
Decree No. 56 / 1997 Coll., determining the content and time range of preventive inspections, is amended as follows:
1.
Contents and time ranges of preventive examinations in the field of general practitioner for adults
The preventive examination shall be carried out from the time of completion of 18 years of age every two years, but not earlier than 23 months after the last preventive examination. The contents of the preventive inspection are:
(a) addition of a history of changes, risk factors and professional risks; a family history of particular emphasis is placed on cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, disorders of fat metabolism and cancer,
(b) control of tetanus vaccination;
(c) a complete physical examination of the internal character, including an indicative examination of vision and hearing, blood pressure measurement and weight measurement; Oncological prevention is a compulsory part of the preventive examination, including skin examination, perrectum examination and breast testing, together with a lesson on the need and method of self-investigation; EKG tests are performed in subjects from 40 years of age at four-year intervals, if hypertension for which the patient is not discriminated,
(d) laboratory tests containing:
1. indicative chemical testing of urine,
2. testing of plasma cholesterol of total and plasma lipoproteins, including triacylglycerols (LDL + HDL) as part of the first preventive examination in a physician at 18 years of age and at 40, 50 and 60 years of age;
3. glucose testing from 45 years of age at two-year intervals;
4. the determination of occult bleeding in faeces by standardized testing in persons from 50 years of age at two-year intervals. ';
2. In Article 2 (1), the following shall be added at the end of point (b): "control of vaccination of the child or, where appropriate, addition of missing vaccination, 1)."
footnote 1 is replaced by the following:
"1) § 9 (4) (a) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended. Decree No. 48 / 1991 Coll., on vaccination against communicable diseases, as amended. '
footnote (1) shall be renumbered footnote (1a), including the footnote reference.
3. In Paragraph 2 (1) (c) (1), the word "detection 'is replaced by" measurement'.
4. In Paragraph 2 (1) (c), at the end of point 7, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point 8 is inserted after point 7:
'8. Psychotherapy interview, if it is a child with medical conditions or a child at risk of medical conditions, including health disorders, due to the impact of an adverse family or other social environment. '
5. in Paragraph 2 (2) (a) (1):
"1. assessment of the social level of the family, family history, mother's personal and pregnancy history, prenatal, perinatal and postnatal history and assessment of the medical report on the newborn,."
6. In Article 2 (2), the semicolon shall be replaced by a comma at the end of point (f) and the following words shall be added: "the education of parents on the need for a visit to a child dental practitioner in the second half of the child's life."
7. In Article 2 (2), the semicolon shall be replaced by a comma at the end of point (i) and the following words shall be added: "including the advice of dental examination; '.
8. In Article 2 (3), the following shall be added at the end of point (a): "control of vaccination of the child or, where appropriate, addition of missing vaccination, 1)."
9. In Article 2 (3), the following shall be added at the end of point (i): "where appropriate, recommendations for dental examination,"
10. in Article 2 (4) (d), the words "triglycerides and HDL cholesterol" are replaced by "and plasma lipoproteins including triglycerides."
11. in Article 2 (5), the following shall be added at the end of point (a): "control of vaccination of the child or, where appropriate, addition of missing vaccination, 1)."
12. in Article 2 (5) (b):
"(b) physical examination, including anthropometric measurement;"
13. in Article 2 (5), the following shall be added at the end of point (h): "where appropriate, recommendations for dental examination,"
14. in Paragraph 2 (5) (k), "paragraph 3 (d)" is replaced by "paragraph 4 (d)";
15. in Article 2 (6), the following shall be added at the end of point (a): "control of vaccination of the child or, where appropriate, addition of missing vaccination, 1)."
16. in Article 2 (6) (b):
"(b) physical examination, including anthropometric measurement;"
17. in Article 2 (6), the following shall be added at the end of point (g): "where appropriate, recommendations for dental examination,"
18. in Paragraph 2 (6), the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (i) and the following words are added: "for girls, the recommendation of a preventive gynecological examination according to § 4."
19. in Paragraph 2 (7), the following shall be added at the end of point (a): "control or, where appropriate, the addition of a missing vaccination of the child, 1)."
20. in Paragraph 2 (7) (b):
"(b) physical examination, including anthropometric measurement;"
21. in Article 2 (7) (g), the words "current or" shall be inserted after the words "inclusion in."
22. in Paragraph 2 (7), the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (h) and the following words are added: "for girls recommended for preventive gynecological examination according to § 4."
23. in Article 3 (1) (b), "age" is replaced by "age."
24. in Article 3 (1) (d), (2) (b) and (3) (b), "tissues" is replaced by "tissues."
25. in Article 3 (2) (d):
"(d) a lesson to the mother-to-be on the need to provide dental preventive examinations of her child, the first between 6 and 12 months of her age."
26. in Paragraph 4 (1) (c), the word "palpation" shall be replaced by "palpation examination."
27. in Paragraph 4 (1) (d), the words "(for virgo women vaginoscopy)" shall be replaced by "(not to be carried out for virgo women)."
28. in Paragraph 4 (1), the comma shall be deleted at the end of point (e) and the following shall be added: "(not to be carried out with virgo),"
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
