THE LAW
of 8 September 1994
on the increase of pensions paid and pensions granted in 1994 and 1995
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) For the purposes of determining the amount of compensation for the loss of earnings after the cessation of incapacity under Section 195 of the Labour Code, the amount of CZK 220 shall be deducted from the effective date of this Act from the invalidity or partial invalidity pension. This also applies to refunds fixed before 1 December 1994.
(2) The amount of CZK 220 is deducted from the full or partial disability pension even if the amount of compensation for the loss of earnings after the end of the incapacity under Section 371 of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll.
