The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provides according to § 508 (1) of the Civil Code:
Decree No 45 / 1964 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Civil Code, as amended by Decree No 66 / 1973 Coll., is amended as follows:
Sections 18 and 19 are deleted.
Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 66 / 1973 Coll. is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1983.
