of 17 December 1980
on the State Budget of the Czech Socialist Republic for 1981 and amending the budgetary determination of the social security contribution
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
| (1) Celkové příjmy státního rozpočtu České socialistické republiky (dále jen „státní rozpočet republiky“) se stanoví částkou | 128 013 066 000 Kčs, |
| celkové výdaje státního rozpočtu republiky se stanoví částkou | 128 013 066 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 1). |
(2) The state budget of the Republic includes:
(a) subsidies from the Federation State Budget to the Republic State Budget of CZK 58 730 000 000;
(b) financial relations with the budgets of the national committees, namely:
| neúčelové dotace ve výši | 18 710 200 000 Kčs, |
| účelové subvence ve výši | 20 142 100 000 Kčs |
| (příloha č. 2). |
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic or, under its authority, the Minister of Finance shall ensure the expression of the financial data of the state budget of the Republic provided for by this Act in wholesale prices valid on 1 January 1981.
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic, or under its authority the Minister of Finance, may, unless this is without prejudice to the balance of the state budget of the Republic, include in particular changes in the state plan for the development of the Czech Socialist Republic's national economy, organisational and price changes, changes in the context of the adjustment of economic instruments in foreign trade and the adjustment of non-purpose subsidies and of the purposeful subsidies of national committees where the conditions under which non-purpose subsidies and special purpose subsidies have been determined are changed.
Act of the Czech National Council No. 117 / 1971 Coll., on the budgetary determination of income and administration of contributions, pension tax and social security contributions, as amended, is amended as follows:
"(c) social security contributions under the laws referred to under (a) and (b) to the state budget of the Czech Socialist Republic. However, social security contributions from organisations managed by national committees shall be made to the budget of the managing national committee and social security contributions from production and consumption cooperatives and their managing authorities to the budget of the relevant regional national committee. ';
This Law shall take effect on 1 January 1981.
