Government Regulation
of 21 October 1947
determining agricultural production areas.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Section 1, paragraph 6 of the Act of 3 July 1947, No 139 Coll., on the distribution of the survivors with agricultural holdings and on the avoidance of crumbling of agricultural land:
(1) The beet sector consists of the following districts:
A. in Czech:
Venice nad Jizerou, Bílina, Mladá Běslav, Brandýs nad Labem, Český Brod, Nové Byžov, Čáslav, Holice, Kutná Hora, Horice, Hradec Králové, Hlumek nad Cidlinou, Chrudim, Jaroměří, Jičín, Kladno, Kolín, Kouřim, Kralupy nad Vlvtavou, Libochovice, Litomerice, Louny, Lovosice, Městec, Městec Králové, Most, High Myto, Šechice, Nymburk, Pardubice, Podebrady, Postovice, Prague-North, Praha- East, Praha- West, Overhead, Ráčany, Roudnice nad Labem, Slané, Štětětěch, Unhostí, Unhostí, Unhost, Velvary;

(1) The Council of the local national committee may, before 31 October of the current year, submit a reasoned proposal to the Agriculture Department of the Council of the district national committee to reassign the territory of the municipality to another production area.
(2) The Agricultural Department of the Council of the District National Committee shall, in cooperation with the Financial Department, discuss the proposals made by the local national committees pursuant to paragraph 1 and submit them by 15 December of the current year to the Agricultural Board of the Regional National Committee.
(3) The Agriculture Board of the Regional National Committee will, in cooperation with the Financial Department, discuss the proposals of the agricultural unions of the Regional National Committees and submit them to the Ministry of Agriculture for a final decision.
(4) In agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture will decide on the reassignment of the municipality's territory to another production area and determine the beginning of the period from which the reassignment takes effect.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 September 1947; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Justice and Agriculture in agreement with the Ministers involved.
