imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2016, concluded on 1 March 2016 between the Contracting Parties
The Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic
and
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions.
2. Collective contract of higher degree 2016 - 2019, concluded on 4 April 2016 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union Construction,
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
